Teaching activities at the
University of Milan
1991
In 1991 he began his teaching activity by assisting Prof. Franco Santoro, holder of the special odontostomatological surgery teaching in the Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics degree course at the University of Milan, in teaching this subject at the S. Paolo teaching centre.
From 1991 to 1995
For the academic years 1992/93, 1993/94, and 1994/95 he was an Adjunct Professor and carried out teaching activities as part of the Special Surgery Odontostomatology course.
At the same time, he coordinated the oral surgery clinical exercises for students of the Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics degree course at the Odontostomatology Clinic of the S. Paolo Hospital.
From 1997 to 2000
During the academic years 1997/98,1998/1999, and 1999/2000, he was a contract professor and carried outteaching activities within the Special Chiurgy Odontostomatology course.
For the same academic years, he was entrusted with teaching in the post-graduate specialisation courses in Implant Prosthetics at the S. Raffaele and S. Paolo poles of the University of Milan.
From 2000 to 2005
For the academic years 2000/2001, 2001/2002, 2002/2003, 2003/2004, 2004/2005, he was given the teaching assignment for the course of Odontostomatological Special Surgery, 3rd year, CLOPD.
He is entrusted with oral surgery at the maxillofacial surgery specialisation school at the university of Milan (director: Prof. Roberto Brusati).
Together with Dr. Eugenio Romeo, he co-ordinates the Postgraduate Course in Implant Prosthetics at the S. Paolo campus of the University of Milan.

He was Director and Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Oral Surgery held from 2005 to 2017 at the Oral Surgery Unit of the Dental Clinic, Department of Health Sciences, University of Milan (later Department of Biomedical, Surgical and Dental Sciences).
Coordinator and responsible for the clinical activity of 1st-2nd and 3rd year oral surgery residents at the Oral Surgery Unit of the Dental Clinic – University of Milan (Polo San Paolo). Since the year of activation of the School of Specialisation (2005) at the University of Milan to date, he has trained approximately 3 trainees per year.
